Ways to stay fit and active for all the family

Like never before, we are being bombarded with online fitness content. This is for good reason of course, as it is so important that whilst we are at home staying safe, we remain active! However, making sense of all this content and deciding what exercise to do can be quite a challenge.

We thought it would be helpful, therefore, if we put together a list of our recommendations to make it as easy as possible to find the activities that suit you. We have a variety of different content for you and your family to enjoy. Some of this comes directly from our wonderful team of Personal Trainers, Instructors and Coaches, some of it from our fitness partners Technogym and Les Mills and some it is just content on the web that we think you may like.

We hope there is something for everyone in the list and that it will keep you going until we can get back into the Club and see each other again. Some of the below items are free, others chargeable and as ever do be careful (especially if you have any existing injuries) and make sure you warm up, warm down and stay hydrated.
